CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand there may be emergencies that arise but to protect our time and business as your artist we ask that you, please give us a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs or we will charge 50% of all services booked for the appointment that you were scheduled for, cannot give any refunds on deposits that were made towards the appointment scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
